Much of the food used in restaurants around the Sea Change Rarotonga luxury resort comes from New Zealand and is flown in fresh or frozen. Local produce is also used abundantly. Bananas, pawpaws, passion fruit, taro, local spinach, and deep ocean fish such as Mahi Mahi, Swordfish and Marlin can be found on many of the menus.

Located approximately 2kms east or anticlockwise from Sea Change Villas. Tooks offers a pickup and return service from Sea Change Villas.

Trader Jacks
Situated in the main township of Avarua on the waterside of the main road is an institution in the Cook Islands.
Overlooking the water of Avarua harbour, the restaurant enjoys a stunning setting, along with a reputation for quality dining, with superb, freshly caught seafood a feature.

The Café
Situated in Avarua, main township of Rarotonga, on the lagoonside east of the theater complex.
Neil and Janet roast their own Paradiso coffee beans, also available as a take home pack, and is arguabley one of the best coffees on the island. The food is superb. Try, among others, the divine carrot cake, muffins, toasted panninis and smoothies.
Vaima’s Restaurant and Bar
Situated on the south coast approximately 8kms west of Sea Change Villas. Vaima’s offer supberb cocktails and consistently fine food.
Vaima's offers a pickup and return service to Sea Change Villas.
Reservations for all restaurants are essential and can be made through the Sea Change office.
