Sea Change Villas are now available to purchase for use as holiday accommodation.   When not occupied by the owners,  the management of Sea Scape Holdings Ltd (trading as Sea Change Villas) will take care of all administration and management of the villas while generating income for the owners by renting the Villas out to overseas guests as holiday accommodation
