Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and non arrival policy applies to all bookings made at Sea Change Villas. Cancellations must be in writing and received by Sea Change Villas 42 days prior to scheduled arrival dated.
- Cancellations recevied more than 42 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less 10% administration fees
- Cancellations received between 22 & 42 days of travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee with nights that we are able to re-sell being deducted from the cancellation fee
- Cancellations received 21 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee
- No Shows or reductions to your stay while at Sea Change will incur the full amount of the reservation made.
We are a very popular Traveller choice and are often booked out in advance and so for this reason we are unable to deviate from our cancellation policy which is strictly enforced. We strongly recommend guests take out Travel Insurance to guard against unforeseen eventualities.
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required at time of confirmation. Payment by credit card does incur a credit card service administration fee of 3.5% however no fee applies when you lodge directly to our bank account.
